Arthur nodded and followed the little gray alien back out of the room, leaving the rest of the recruits behind. They marched out through the matching white corridors, and even despite what had already happened all Arthur could think of was ‘alien abduction.’
They eventually entered a small room with two chairs and a table, somewhat like an interrogation room. Hopefully, Arthur thought, this wouldn’t be an actual interrogation. Then the lights dimmed as they sat down. He felt nervous.
“So Arthur was it? Can you tell me what happened?” The alien said to him, crossing his three-fingered hands slowly.
Arthur cleared his throat and began to launch into recounting what happened, from the Captian’s arrival, all the way until they arrived at the rendezvous point.
